Love my wash pass! Easy to use app,24 hour self service location with free items to clean the inside of your vehicle,it's well kept with good vacuums with good suction. Also note this location is lit well throughout the lot and feels safe. I Needed help with an issue upgrading my pass in the app so I called the number and was helped by a young lady named Danielle. She was lovely and got me squared away quickly! Thanks Danielle.

Tom is the man!! My Cash App card wouldn’t work, and the machine for tokens is down. He spotted me for a wash and gave me his business card to earn another free wash. I thought he was the owner with how he operated. I’m from Ross and graduated from here and moved out of state. I’m in town visiting & I have to say, I am hometown proud with having people like Tom around. Give this man a raise! Vigilant and servicing customers, and KIND. The world could use more Tom’s in it!!

Like others, my car was beaten up by the new remodeled components, especially in the dry bay. I like touchless: I know it's not going to be perfect, but it's also not going to knock the car around. I go elsewhere now.

Went through today. Spent $18 on the "best" wash. Felt like my car was getting beat up. Tire shine didn't do anything to my tires. Not a good upgrade in my opinion. Hard to tell where to stop in the 1st bay
